Grrrr stolen !

After talking with a deviant who has used my image I accused it of stealing my image and she send me this link: www.faceinhole.com/us/create/a…
I am completely saddened !
My image is used and more cut in the head so that people can put their own !
I have never been contacted for this and I never gave my consent.
What are the rules and licenses if they are not respected!
I'm tired of flying and people who do not respect the work of others.
If you have time and a little kindness you think you could help me? may be leaving a bad comment about this use.
For my part I will try to contact the site.
